Comments:
I felt sort of sluggish at first but Hildy keep us at a good pace. We went slow but it paid off. I turned around at the opening before the dam. I went up water works to avoid armory for the sake off my legs. For the record besides sunday I have had very little leg/shin pain lately. *Knock On Wood*
