Treadmill Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Straight from work to the gym. Wanted to do this workout inside to beat the heat, control the pace, and avoid hills. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't be able to hit my goal times because I'm really confused about what kind of shape I'm in. Nailed it today. Cut down the pace by 10 seconds every mile and cut it down an extra 10 on the last mile because I felt very smooth and comfortable.
