Another night run!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Steve, his brother, and I all lifted in their basement this evening. It was a lot of fun, and we jammed to some good music. At 11ish Steve and I went for a run around his neighborhood. It was really cool but creepy too. We got to this field with random groves of trees and I was freaking out. Especially when we heard howling. Steve said it was just a dog but it sounded a lot like coyotes to me. :o We survived, ran by some people who were smoking pot and laying in a field, played on a playground, and then ran home. We finished the night with some post run ice cream. It was delish!
