push day but i decided today woudl be a lighter day to give my rotator cuffs a break. so 125lbs on the incline bench, did 5x8. wasnt too hard. 135 next time. 2x10 cable flys with 20lbs to activate the pecs, then 3x10 with 90lbs per side on the hammer decline press. and then 3x10 skullcrushers with 50lbs. 
took Jack3d today even though i was planning Vault.  so w/ 2 heaping scoops i was tinglay, but the focus was so intense. i couldnt even notice people around me even if i tried to. in between sets i jsut completely tunnel visioned the dots on the floor. dat dmaa.
