Beat the rain, haha, suckers!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny and nice with a light breeze, then cloudy at the end

felt a lot crappier today than last week, i guess it makes me appreciate those kinds of days even more. starting to get used to the ankle, pretty sure it's some kind of tendonitis thing, so it's gonna be here for a while. right shin muscle hurt on the way out too, and i was kind of struggling, so i just took it nice and easy. around 5 miles i started to feel a little better, at seven miles i realized my quads actually didn't hurt for the first time all week which is good, but my shoulders were really tight. about mile 10 i could feel a sudden change in humidity and then it started getting really cloudy and about 15min after i ran it was bucketing all over the place.

same as last weekend, wanted to stay on fairly even footing for my ankle's sake, went all the way up to richmond and turned to go past the library. out and back.

super drained afterwards, took a nap and now i'm pretty sore in the quad and calf areas.
