Weather: 70s, nice running weather

Comments:
7 miler from Tom's (hillier of the two UA routes I've done) followed by a 2 mile cooldown. Ran pretty even today except one dreadful mile on Leona (4th mile), the hill took a lot out of me and then I mentally drifted a bit after I crested it until I looked at my watch and saw how much I had slowed down that mile. Legs were a little tired from yesterday's long run and I wish I had eaten more after work but overall I'm pleased with the effort. This is right around what I was hitting last summer I think but this is definitely hillier and my mileage is certainly higher now. Likely would've gone faster had I gone tomorrow but I'm doing Monday&Thursday workouts this week because I'm racing Sunday.
