Weather: DUSK NICE!!
Comments:
WOW!!! Great run today. Set a training P.R. Set out to run the first 5k hard , tried to break 20 but fell short 20:36. The 3rd lap I really fell into a weird rhythm and nailed it. I was weak the last mile but I still worked hard. I was 12 seconds slower on the 2nd loop but that is not bad. I would say the best run I have had this summer...duh!!! Followed it up with a good stretch and ab workout. Going to do an easy 3-4 miles tomorrow to recover!
