My 1st day back to running!!!

I was sooooo excited to run today The workout was a 30 min walk jog 1min walking-2min running. I felt heavy but strong throughout the run... and NO SHIN PAIN!

After running I worked out on the elliptical for 63 min, overall I had an awesome training day IN NEW SHOES(asics nimbus 15)
