UMBC Long Run #5

Comments:
Run with Slick and Jon on the Big Loop. Super muddy, hilly, rocky so miles were about a minute off of the effort it shows during the trail parts because as soon as we were off we were doing well under sub 7 pace. Good run overall felt good except twisted my ankle at one point. Finished with stretches and static core.
