Comments:
relaxed run, 8 strong strides on the uphill at zoo mansion (an intermediate to ease my ankles/shins into doing real hill sprints) which I really worked. excited about the workout and wednesday off, both peroneal tendons feel extremely sore, probably from the trails with bad footing yesterday.
