Comments:
Today I went for a 20:00 run because I forgot to look at my watch and ran too far in one direction. I ran on the Trans Canada trail. I started out running a 5:36 kilometer and ended my last kilometer at 4:44 pace. I felt okay, but I still felt like I was dragging myself.
