Comments:
The tempo was definitely very unexpected...I was pushing myself but definitely not to the max. I did not feel like i was killing myself whatsoever. It felt like a tempo . My legs were not sore and my breathing was fine. Did the cooldown right away with no problems at all. Woke up not sore at all
