I feel so much better when I exercise. Dammit, why can't it just be automatic for me to get out there and do something every day. It doesn't have to be running. I want to commit myself to 31 days of SOMETHING. Whether its a walk, bike ride, run or just easy weight lifting - something.
Off to a good start. Only 30 days to go. Ha.
