major flare-up in the left peroneal, hurt to walk all day. Going to take a few days x-train for it, it's on the exact spot that put me out of season for 2 months freshman year. lots of icing, stretching, and strengthing for it. swam for 30 minutes, pool run for 20, lifted for 55 today
