Comments:
Ran it all aloneeeee. Went out on bike path towards holland. Wasn't sure how long I was gonna go when I started...just felt it out. I ran out to gradschaap cemetery in 53 30 and felt fine up till then so I turned around the. At what I think was about 7.5. Made it back in about the same time and felt pretty good for the whole run. Able to make it longer going faster and feeling better
