Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I thought I was faster than 6:53/mile for the workout. I get into this groove sometimes about two miles into a harder paced run where it just seems like everything is flowing so smooth and ....blah blah blachjk! I felt every painful second of the 2.2mile cooldown, but that is why I have to do these runs. I have to run faster at the beginning and so I can get stronger@!!
