another late lift. its back day. i took a scoop of Mr. Hyde from limE. and then stupidly decided to stack it with half a scoop of Craze. well. let me tell ya. that shit woke me up alright. but i think with close to 500mg of caffeine, I didnt really take it too well. i'd say that Ive become pretty tolerant to stims, being able to take 3 different pre workouts stacked together. but this almost put me over the edge. i was breathing so goddamn hard, like as if i drank alcohol or something. my heart rate was ridiculously high. i'd be sitting there for like 4min resting between 2 exercises and i'd still be huffin and puffin with my heart pounding. that was slightly unpleasant. and holy hell i could see the blood vessels in my eyes throbbing with my heart rate as i fixated on a single dot on the floor. the tunnel vision produced by a potent pre workout mix.  i think 3/4 of a scoop of Mr. Hyde is typically the amount that I take in other pre workouts. anyhow. onto the workout itself.
started off with deadlifts. after building up the warmup sets, i was at 315lbs. finally 3 plates. cuz if the bar aint bending, ur just pretending!
did 3x3 with 315 and that left me wanting more. and then i backed down to 2 plates at 225, and that shit was so easy! it felt like i was lifting plastic. did a rapid set of 8 with 225.  
tbars. decided to stay with 115lbs. it was good, i did 4x10, which def got tough but i had good contractions of my back. 
rested and then did pullups, neutral grip. i really tried to think about shoving outwards to activate the back. i think it worked somewhat. as i felt fatigue in the inner lats after wards. 3x10.
then i did lat pulldowns with lower weight today, but by then my biceps were pretty fatigued from pulling, so 140 felt tough, but manhandle-able.  so i did 3x8 even though i planned 3x10 cuz it was harder than expected. and that was pretty good though. i slowed the negatives to burn that upper lat. im putting upper lat exercises lower on my priority list because they seem to have been developing really well without being prioritized and has def given me a nice v-taper from the back.  
curls. 27.5lbs each side and went for 4x10. got 3x10, just had to restpause as i failed on the 9th rep on set 4. but im satisfied. i worked hard on curls. felt like passing out after a set. next time imma step it up 5lbs and go for 3x8 at least. 
then did 3x20 shrugs with 60s. hate shrugs
