Weather: very humid, low 70's, arpund 7:45pm

Comments:
dinner wasn't quite settled yet...burping and indegistion was frequent and not pleasant. Didn't really feel it on the inetrvals too much though I guess. 3 sets of 100,200,300 with equal recovery jog back, after each set about a 100m walk. Made sure to keep the time very short in bteween each interval in the set. Legs felt great, couldnt believe it. I forgot how good it feels to be in shape and run fast with ease. Last 300 struggled a bit oh well. (1:45, 1:42, 1:46)
