Comments:
Today is not quite a pr. about a minute off. It was still a great workout. The first interval had a little quicker pace then I am use to and the last lap,which was also the fastest lap hurt awhole lot. I started the grind with 1.5 to go and didn't let up. I still need some work on getting both 5k's in under 20 minutes.
