morning tempo

Comments:
warmed up 1.5. felt a little tired.

did same loop where i started at mansion, went to traffic light sign and this time came all the way back to mansion. 6 01, 11 31, 17 00, 22 45. ran just a little faster than i did the last time i did this workout except this time i felt 50x better and was able to make it an extra mile feeling better.

was only going to cool down 1.5 but i did it with B, clay and ting so i just went 2 with them
