Drove to the Mount cuz the pool was FINALLY gonna be open, Right?! Wrong. "Maintenance took longer than expected". I feel ripped off cuz I only got a membership to swim. I was angry so I worked out when I got home.
Deck of Cards!
All w/ 20# weight vest
Started with 4:00 rotating plank (front, side, side, front)
2's = 50x Double Unders
3's = Heavy Bag carry (shouldered it, ran down my yard (~40 meters), switched shoulders, ran back)
400 pushups total with a vest sucks. Finished with 4:00 rotating plank with no vest.
