morning HIIT style cardio

since my shins be killin me, im splitting up my training to do 30min of xtraining nd 30min of running cuz i still want to run. did HIIT style so like i went hard, 120-130rpm for a min and then chilled at like 80 for a min. but it was only at like level 6 resistance though. im lazy.
