Comments:
I had a pretty good run today. I was feeling pretty bad before my run, but I think while running, I got some good toxins out of my body. :) I did some circuit stuff. My tail bone has been hurting when I sit, not when I run. I went to the Chiropractor and I found out that I have to stretch my butt muscles more. :)
