Comments:
did my long run today so there would be about equal time inbetween my last, this one, and next. ran straight down 116th to 66th and stayed on that until i hit 128th avenue and turned around. at 7.5 i was at exactly 7:00 pace, although to get there there was some variation. came back adn started getting slowly fatigued. never really got too bad though
