late night HIIT

1 hour of biking. the first 30min i did 5 intervals of 45s on and 1min off. the second 30min i did 10 cycles of 30 on 30 off, but much faster and more intense for those intervals. played candy crush on all the rest of the time, which made time go by much faster.
