NP Lodge

Comments:
Good run today, and the pace was right in my range. Only real complaint I have was my hill running today. I ran up the Lodge hill, which is about .75 mi long and probably the toughest hill I run at North Park. I was definitely feeling pretty winded in the middle of the hill so I need to work on that. Still, overall I feel that I am in good shape.

Weather was pretty hot today. Got a nice break from the heat on Lodge road b/c of the shade.
