Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Did 2 sets of all of them, not the full amount, didn't want to stress anything. No pain whatsoever except quad ones on foam roller, short lift ones. There was surprisingly bad pain on right IT band on that one. Others had twinges, but nothing serious. Everything felt was on right IT band, same as it has been for past week now.
