Exercise Type: Run

Started out faster than expected so I just kept the pace going. Honestly, this was more than a tempo effort. I was really struggling on the last hill in mile 5.

Very encouraged by this run. This would be a PR 5 mile time b/c my best 8k was 28:04. Not going to consider it my best though because there were 3 times I had to stop for a red light before crossing. Still pumped about a great time.
