Weather: Sunny, very hot and humid

Comments:
Ran with the group with eliot and kevin, about two miles in I could not keep up so I took a different route. Overall on this run i felt good once i was at the right pace. My calves have been consistently sore for the days prior too but they are getting better due to some additional stretching and icy-hot
