My Personal Centennial run

I don't like my time but I did run 7 miles without stopping and the route I took made it my personal hell. You know that hill next to the track that's really steap. Imagine running that 5 times up and down. It was pretty much straight up or down u didn't have a choice u had to bicycle down the hills. If I run the same route Monday Tuesday is going to be my e-run I'll run a q-day Wednesday or Thursday
