10k loop with beach add on and sea wall

Comments:
Hot run today, woke up late and didn't get out the door until noon. Adding the beach run is hard on the legs but that's what I need right now.

First loop was 28 minutes. Second loop was 26:31. Added a 6 minute cool down for an even hour of cardio!
