Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Not the best run but not the worst. Didn't push at all. It just kind of felt like I was working to get my legs turning over. I did a full recovery routine afterwards though so I should be good. I stretched and rolled out everything that didn't feel good. So hopefully tomorrow will be better.
