315 deadlift with reset this time. its interesting. i think ill continue doing this. 3x5
130 on the tbars. felt heavy as fk especially after DLs.
1 chain for 2x9 neutral grip pull up, then 2x9 wide grip. makin gainzz
4x10 1 armed row with 70lbs. not too shabby with MMC.
3x6 curls w/ 35lb plate on each side. comically heavy.
