Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mediocre start to the month. Already took off 4 of 8 days. And I am not doing any better at not smoking. 10 days left until the race and although I have done the work and the training I can't lose focus now.
After 3 days off tonight run was just a short, slow run to get the muscles stretched and the blood flowing again. I will need to put together a ten day training plan to obtain optimal value of my training~
