Comments:
Today we did hills at the meadow. I did 6 loops total. I'm not sure how I feel about the workout...I did the easy downhill parts slower than everyone else, so I was kind of by myself on the hills. I would have rather had someone to race up them to push myself. We lifted Day 1 and did abs and stretched.
