Comments:
Today went really well! Coach said to go 7 minute pace with Evy, Laura, and Dana's group, so I was a little nervous, but I stuck with them the whole time. Our first mile was 6:56, then 7:04, 6:58, and 6:51. I stayed positive for the most part. We all took turns leading, and I think I had an easier time staying on when I was in front rather than being in the back. My heart rate was kind of high - 184, but I'm sick and that was difficult. Then we did 3x300 at the track, day 1 of the lift, abs, stretching, and ice bathing. Overall good day, I'm happy. :)
