hit 5x8 with 155lbs on the bench which is all that really matters.
OHP suffered a little bit, only managed about 3x5 with 95. its fine. making gainz on the bench press.
i was kind of angry during this workout, not sure why. maybe the music. right on to lateral raises. i thnk my left upper lat is slightly strained. i'd say its from doing RDLs. i should reset every rep from now on. no rack pulls tomorrow.
3x12 w/ 35lb laterals. theyre starting to not feel too bad.
1 heavy chain dip for 15, then 10is then 8. then bodyweight for 15.
