Comments:
Last hard workout before this Thursdays race. It was a very successful 2 x 2-mile repeat with half mile recovery. The entire workout was completed at a quick pace completing the workout in just over 30 mins. The pace didn't feel that uncomfortable and I am ready to run fast on raceday!
