Did a workout today at Timbrook, still feeling sick so it wasn't great. I felt good the first two and then it wasn't great. My body was just fighting against me so I cut it a little short. Then I waited for the guys to finish the last two and then did 4x45 seconds hard with 45 seconds rest. Hopefully I can get over this sickness.
