Weather: lite mist, humid!
Comments:
this was an awful race. Good training run, but awful race. Not once was on pace for my goal time and the second half was even tougher. I tried so hard to dig deep and keep a good pace but I couldn't do it. I definitely felt like I was missing that 'snap' in my legs.
Its hard to pin any one thing on the poor result. It looks like I am going to half to rethink training schedule and plans for upcoming races. But the bottom line is I need to quit smoking IMMEDIALTY!!!
