Well today was probably the worst race I have ever run. It was also on the toughest course I have ever run. I don't know exactly what happened to my body, I felt uncomfortable even a half mile into the race. And I couldn't move throughout the majority of the race, just literally couldn't move faster. My quads and calves felt like a hundred pounds and I started cramping some in the middle of the race in my side. It was really tough to get through. I'm just trying to find the right perspective after this race. I was 9th on our team and haven't even looked at my time or place. I am really trying to move on and look to next week. God has a plan.
