Comments:
Hills at the meadow today. It was really rough. :( I went early with Ronnie and Dana and ran the workout with Dana. It was kind of awful because my legs felt heavy and dead, and I knew I was holding Dana back. I was being really negative too. We did 8 repeats. My last one was decent. I need to be better about pushing myself even when the end isn't very close.
We came back and lifted, did abs, and stretched. The ice bath wasn't open but I iced my knee because it's been hurting a little.
