10K today. Felt good the 5th mile had a few decent hills. Comfortable pace. Mile 1: 8:39, Mile 2: 8:30, Mile 3: 9:38, Mile 4: 9:23, Mile 5: 10:24, Mile 6.2: 11:10 (9:38 for 1 mile) Weighed 206 today which is 16.5 pounds less than the first day I ran on April 23rd which was 222.5!
