got this real urge to lift all day. so i decided from now on i'll go 6 days this week, go thru 2 full cycles of push/pull/legs, maximize protein synthesis, with all this food and no running ive got increased ability to recover and increased work capacity. might as well make the most of it.
230lb squat for 5x8 sucessfuly hit. i think i rushed the reps though so form started getting shoddy. slow it down next time.
135 for 3x12 SLDL. good ham pull.
then onto front squats with the heels elevated with 10lb plates. 135 for 3x10. tougher this time for sure. now my quads are sore AF.
