Comments:
The tempo felt good. Running with a solid group of ladies :) Starting the third mile was rough especially after the break. My legs felt like soggy rubber. They loosened up about halfway through though and we were good to go. It probably helped that we slowed down substantially during the second half to get back on pace. Heart rate 168 at the end which is kinda fast but I felt really good. The 200's after really sucked but if they'll help with my kick I'll take it. The lift and hurdles also took forever so I was pretty hangry by the time practice was over. Getting swole though so that's good :D
