Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
I was kind of pissed off. So i wanted to let off some steam by deadlifting, instead of an upper body session. 5x5 with 330lbs? nah.. lets max out.

5 reps w/ 135 to warm up. 5 reps w/ 225lbs still warming up. 275 for 3 reps. maybe 2. still warming up. 325 for a single. now we're getting into heavy territory. incremented by 20lbs each time. 345lbs. i used some chalk from the deadliftbrah next to me. it was good. pretty easy. 365lbs. Now i was starting to get nervous. This is where it got challenging. This was also where I previously thought my max was. way underestimated myself i guess. 365 went up easy. Actually I did an attempt with 375. hesitant about going up too fast. conquered 375 nbd. changed up to 3 big plates plus a 35 per side. 385lbs. this weight was tough on rack pulls. Adrenaline rush as I walked up to the platform.
Pulled hard and I can tell the acceleration of the weight off the platform was much less dynamic than 365 or even 375. But i had it easy.
Added 10lbs. 395lbs on the bar. fuck it. put another 5lbs on. the big 400. go big or go home
Tightened my belt. put Disturbed on full blast. Heart beating fast as hell. stormed up to the bar. Knelt down to strap up and said my prayers. Set up. Pulled. Weight came off the floor real slow but i wasnt gonna let it back down. humped the air like 3 times at the top and locked out. stared in the mirror for a split second and observed the bend in the bar from the weight. defiantly slammed 400lbs back onto the ground and thought to myself, "fuck yeah".
