Comments:
Building consistency. Focus was "elbows" and pulling the leg back underneath my COM. Did 1 lap around the Park, then .5mi barefoot on the grass.

Freakin LOVE having a Garmin. Geez, wish I'd bought one sooner. Just the feedback is great - mi splits and then being able to analyze the data post-run. Feeling better and better.

Will probably due core later this evening or at practice in a few min.
