Comments:
I felt really dead today. My legs felt like logs and I was pretty negative. First mile was 6:22, the 2 mile was 13:11. I fell off the pack after mile 1. My last mile (after a two minute rest) was 6:54, and my heart rate was 180. I don't know why it was so hard. Then we did 2 sets of 3x200 on the track. It was rough because I was still being super negative and my legs were so dead.
I did the circuit part of the lift, hurdle drills, then stretched and ice bathed.
