Great talk with Joe on the phone (1hr 5min!).
Was feelin' like a run after, so I laced 'em up and headed out for something short and easy. "Easy" is starting to feel easier. Actually held sub-8's for the first time. Not SUPS comfortable, but its getting there.
NIGZ still there - body adjusting - LIGZ, JOINTZ, and BONEZ adjusting. Seems like the longer you take off the easier/longer it takes to "get it back"! Or I'm just *smarter*? Trying not to "force" fitness like I have in the past?
I want to do it right this season - get strong, aerobically fit, and have a bada$$ stride.
