I picked it to be punitive since it's kind of a tough run, but it didn't seem that hard! No chills, though my quads were good and sore. I can still feel it now; that was a good work out. I've been stretching after every run, and already my flexibility is coming back. I'm already feeling like I'm in better shape, and feeling good about myself, so it's all good. :)
